Claire now offers 'Shock Wave Therapy' treatments using the Swiss DolorClast® Method. Shock Waves are high intensity pressure waves, used medically to help patients suffering from musculoskeletal and dermatological pathologies.

Invented in 1997 by EMS, a medical company based in Switzerland, Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy (ESWT) is clinically proven* to stimulate metabolic reactions when applied to injured tissues [source: EMS Medical], i.e.:
