Reflexology

Reflexology is based on the principle that there are reflex areas on the feet and hands that correspond to all the glands, organs, and parts of the body. Pressure is applied to these reflex areas, encouraging the body to restore balance and maintain a healthy state. Treatment is also combined with gentle joint mobilisation, massage and relaxation techniques.

Digestive complaints, headaches and migraines, respiratory disorders, sinusitis, muscle aches, stress and tension.
