Pilates
Pilates is a series of low-impact toning exercises that work core and major muscle groups. The exercises concentrate on rebalancing the body, bringing it into correct alignment and promoting spinal stability thereby helping to relieve head, neck and lower back pain whilst increasing mobility and flexibility where needed.
We run group classes, but also offer 1-2-1 sessions.

Group classes in Laleham, Virginia Water, Farnham = £8 pp
1-2-1 instruction = £35 (1 hr session)
Instructor:
Claire Worman has been teaching and instructing Pilates for over 10 years, and has been involved with writing both Level 2 and 3 Pilates qualifications with fellow teacher Belinda Buttery, as well as teaching her own courses.
