Poppy trained with Dr Milo Sietwart M.D., founder of the Association & Register of Colon Hydrotherapy, at the National College of Holistic Medicine. She further trained at the European School of Colon Hydrothearpy. Poppy is also a qualified and registered massage therapist, and practices many other complementary therapies.

Claire has been involved in the health and fitness industry for over 15 years. She is a registered Osteopath, graduating from Oxford Brooks University, and also has a diploma in Animal Osteopathy. Claire is also an instructor and trainer, college lecturer, and verifier for the NVQ/OCR awards and VTCT qualifications.

Claire has been teaching Pilates for over 10 years, and has been involved in writing level 2 and qualifications, as well as running her own instructional courses. Claire has produced 2 DVDs on Pilates, available online at www.amazon.co.uk.
